The Palm Beach Club Reception desk is located in the entrance lobby and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
It offers a wealth of information and services including excursions, local fiestas, maps, postcards and facilities such as car hire, taxis, DVD rental, currency and travellers' cheque exchange, ordering of flowers and cakes, rental of safes, lost property, and provision of children's cots and high chairs.
Reception staff can also open the telephone line in your apartment to enable international calls, and can arrange for you to receive a morning wake-up call. You may also contact your travel agent from the Reception to confirm your return flight.
Guests using a mobility scooter during their stay should advise Reception, who will provide information about the designated area for recharging the batteries.
Guests can contact Reception from their apartment at any time. All requests and emergencies are dealt with swiftly and efficiently by a member of the multilingual staff, day or night - a comforting thought.
You can lie back and soak up the sun at the Palm Beach Club swimming pool, safe in the knowledge that the pool is supervised by a qualified lifeguard.
Let the kids enjoy the wonderful lagoon pool while you sip a long drink at the poolside bar and relax.
Lifeguard cover is between the hours of 08.30 to 18.00 during the winter and until 19.00 or even 20.00 in summer months. (Times may vary)
The Palm Beach Club is protected by a security guard to ensure the safety of all guests.
No unauthorised visitors may access the site and guests may be asked to show their key card at any time.
For security reasons, key cards must also be carried in the swimming pool area.
This high level of security is reassuring to all guests at the Palm Beach Club, as you can relax and enjoy your holiday in a secure environment.
A housekeeping service is offered to all guests at the Palm Beach Club. The resort chambermaids attend to each apartment once a day unless otherwise specified by the occupants.
Should guests require extra room cleaning; this can be arranged at Reception for an additional charge, depending on the accommodation type.
Communal areas of the resort are also cleaned on a daily basis.
The housekeeping service at the Palm Beach Club allows guests to enjoy a completely carefree holiday.
The Palm Beach Club has a maintenance program that is implemented on a daily and weekly basis, to keep the resort as polished as its first day and maintain its status as an RCI Hospitality Award resort.
Guests are asked to report to Reception any breakages or missing items in their apartment.
The resort appreciates feedback from all its guests and offers an "Excellent Customer Care" questionnaire which provides staff with valuable information on how facilities and services might be improved.
At the Palm Beach Club, a doctor is available 24 hours a day.
If a guest requires medical attention, they should contact Reception. Medical centres can also be found in Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos and are open 24 hours a day.
It is reassuring to know that should you fall ill during your holiday, a medical professional who speaks your language is only a phone call away and can visit you onsite at the resort.
