Members of staff are also provided with regular English lessons with many employees, particularly the reception staff, being able to speak a number of languages to aid communication with guests from everywhere.




There is nothing worse than feeling ill on holiday and it is good to know that a doctor is available 24 hours a day.

Doctors can be called to the resort at any time of the day or night.

If you need the services of a medical professional whilst on holiday in Tenerife, then simply call Reception and one will be called for you immediately.


At the Hollywood Mirage there is a multilingual Reception in the White House main lobby that is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Whatever your query, day or night, there is a member of staff at the Reception desk who can advise you.

Whether it's booking an excursion or a taxi, help with finding restaurants or attractions, or if someone in your group is taken ill and needs to see the doctor, the Reception staff are on hand to help you.

Services also include money exchange, rental of safety deposit boxes, ordering flowers or cakes and assistance with contacting travel agents in order to confirm guests' return flights.


Guests at the Hollywood Mirage can feel secure in the knowledge that their resort is protected by security experts.

Guards on duty ensure that no unauthorised person has access to the site, whether on foot or by car. Vehicles entering the resort must display an official resort pass on entering the main gate.


The staff at the Hollywood Mirage pride themselves on the very high standards of maintenance that have helped the resort achieve its Gold Crown status.

In addition to the day-to-day care of the resort the maintenance staff have recently been involved in a massive refurbishment project on the apartments.

If anything in the apartments breaks then guests only have to inform reception and a maintenance person is dispatched at the earliest opportunity.


With the fully-qualified lifeguards surveying the swimming pools throughout the day, you can relax and soak up the sun without worry.

Both swimming pools at the Hollywood Mirage have lifeguard cover sourced from a specialist external company. At Pool One the lifeguard is on duty from 10.00 to 18.00, extended to 20.00 during the summer months of July and August.

At Pool Two, lifeguard cover is from 10.00 to 18.00


A housekeeping service is offered to all guests at the Hollywood Mirage Club. The resort chambermaids attend to each apartment once a day unless otherwise specified by the occupants.

Should guests require extra room cleaning; this can be arranged at Reception for an additional charge, depending on the accommodation type.

Communal areas of the resort are also cleaned on a daily basis.

The housekeeping service at the Hollywood Mirage Club allows guests to enjoy a completely carefree holiday.​
